1. Sharpen the saw

Don’t work yourself to death. Strive for a sustainable lifestyle. Take time to recharge and it will help you to go for a long term run.

Only thing which will give you a sustainable living is by educating yourself for more knowledge base working environment. Not by working hard!

2. Be proactive

You have a natural need to wield influance on the world around you, so dont spend your time just reacting to external svents and circumstances.

Take charge and assume responsibility for your life.

3. Begin with an ending mind

Don’t spend your life working aimlessly! I repeat!! Don’t spend your life working aimlessly!! Have a vision for the future. Align your actions accordingly to make it into a reality.

4. Put first things first

Learn to work on priority basis. Focus on important things first. Then take the rest later. But ensure that you work on your own plan for each day.

Don’t get distracted by urgent but unimportant tasks.

5. Think win-win

When negotiating with others, don’t try to get the biggest slice of the cake. Rather, find the reasonable balances between each parties so each gets treated fairly.

You will build strong positive relationship in the process.

6. Seek first to understand, then to be understood.

When you noticed a problem, try to focus on the problem first and understand the possible solutions. By looking at the face of the problem, don’t jump to conclusions. That’s the biggest mistake you will make.

The problem is that we don’t listen to understand. We listen to reply!

7. Synergize

Adopt the guiding principle that in a group, the contributions of many will far exceed those of any individual.

Collaborative synergize is an ideal spot to achieve goals you could never have reached on your own.
